We have all seen the pictures of waters filled with garbage, the mounds of garbage at landfills and animals wrapped in plastic of every sorts. The pictures always evoke some sort of emotion in us that make us want to do something about it. This is that section that can diminish those photos. Here are some basic rules to keep in mind.
