People like to have a beverage when they eat.  It's true.  A frothy beer with a zesty pizza, a bold merlot with a marinated steak, or an ice cold glass of milk with a fudgey brownie.  You gotta have something to wash it all down!

But, not everyone wants or needs a glass of water at meal time.  Sadly many of those full glasses grow warm and sweaty as the dinner comes to a close...only to be collected and unceremoniously dumped down the drain.  You know it's true.  Admit it.

And what's more...for each glass of water served, the equivalent of another two glasses is used to wash and return the glass to be used for the next customer.

We know you want to take care of your customers.

Consider encouraging your servers to ask before bringing everyone at the table a glass of water.  Some will want water, some will choose another beverage, while others will want both.

Why not give them exactly what they want, and save as much water and money as you can?
