Back in time
Dipper wells are used to rinse and hold utensils on the front line. Many dipper wells have faucets that flow continuously throughout the business day. A typical dipper well might waste as much as 175,000 gallons of water a year and end up costing you a lot of dough! If possible, consider eliminating the use of dipper wells altogether. If the dipper well is a "must", turn down the flow and determine if more savings are possible by adding a low-flow feature. |
