Which of these methods do you employ when preparing soiled dishes for the dishwasher?

We rinse dirty dishes under running water.
We use a low-flow nozzle for dish scraping
We pre-soak dishes in standing water before washing, instead of rinsing them under running water.
We dry scrape dishes before rinsing and washing.
