How do you communicate with your patrons outside of the business? (check all that apply)

We send mass mailings.
We send mass mailings but we stay on top of our mailing list to avoid duplicates and bad addresses.
We don't use envelopes in our mailings. Our materials are designed to fold and mail.
We have an email listserv and/or rely on our website to share information.
