According to the Green Restaurant Association, the average restaurant dumps 9 to 20 pounds of grease down the drain for every 150 meals served!  Drains are meant for wastewater, not grease, and our wastewater treatment systems are designed to treat -hello- wastewater, not grease.  Grease and oils gunk up your pipes and contaminate our treatment centers, so knock it off, wouldya?
