Choosing the right beer to serve in your restaurant involves a bit more than draft versus bottle, dark versus light or "less filling" versus "tastes great". And we challenge you to come up with a better greening project than beer selection. Really. Can you think of a better way to start greening? Take your time. Research ALL of your options. Enjoy the pursuit of this knowledge. It will make other assignments, like deciding which low-flow toilets to buy, much more interesting and meaningful. We think that you'll find some great organic beers to share with your patrons. |
